  1. Great, looks like something I might like, will try it out for a while. That's 2 days in a row I found a new gadget. :) Mike :D
  2. I bid it same way as Rado. My ♥ suit is just not good enough for 3♥ rebid, so I am making up a bid. Mike :)
  3. This is not really allowed after 2D-(X)- I ment pass. Mike :)
  4. I agree 100%, or maybe WBF but am sure they are very close to being the same. I even agree more here. Mike :)
  5. The ACBL points are more useless then the WBF. Can't even get a Big Mac for it. Mike
  6. And trump Ace is kinda hard to lose in any kinda line. Believe me I have tried. Mike :D
  7. Might be a good hint not to pay a fee in that tournament anymore, seems the only one worth the money is ACBL. At least if you are a member of ACBL or have mucho $ you want to waste. If you need money laundred, give me a call, will have you hook up with some boys in the Midwest  Mike :D
  8. I play it as a minisplinter, 4+ trump and 6-9 HCP with singleton in bid suit. Have played that for while now, and it really suits my system. Mike
  9. I like that, will insert that in my bag of tricks. Always learning  Mike :D
  10. Seems Axxx of ♦ is a stopper  Mike :D
  11. Pass= equal length in majors XX= suggestion to play 2♥/♠= invitational with the other major 2NT= ♣ 3♣= ♦ 3♦= ♥ preempt 3♥= ♠ preempt Mike
  12. 1 NT is normal SAYC bid. But they people in question are obviously fairly new to the game. Mike :D
  13. I think this is a good example why to always check a claim. And as for the abuser(s) they need to be penalized. I think suspension would be a good start. Mike :D
  14. I think it is a good idea. But I use my bids for minisplinters 6-9 HCP with 4+ trump and singleton in bid suit. I like that idea better :D Mike :)
  15. Well put Luis. Short and simple and easy to understand. Mike :D
  16. I like my chances in 6 NT. The overcall pretty much marked all the missing HCP. I think there are even possibilities for making 7 NT. Maybe the Squeeze master Ben can figure that one out :) Mike :D
  17. A forcing 1♠. Followed by some Gameforcing ♥ bid. Mike :D
  18. 1 NT implies ♣. It's a normal bid and normal contract. Your pd is just resulting. Wouldn't bridge be much easier if we can decide the final contract after we know all the hands. Mike :)
  19. Ruff, Q ♥ out of dummy. Sometimes % plays chance in order to be able to keep communication intact. In that is biggest problem in this hand. Mike :)
  20. If the Q get's covered with the King you have no losers in the suit. Mike :)
  21. 2♣ being majors, X is ♣, 2♦ = ♦ NF, 2 of a Major is showing stopper with GF values. And 3 level bids I agree with luis. Mike :)
  22. Kinda stuck between 2♠ and 2 NT. I think I opt for 3♠, since it sounds like pd is unbalanced, and I only stop one of the minors. He knows I have no 4♠, at least playing with me. So he pretty much "knows" I have singleton ♥. Mike :)
  23. You can't X with that. Mike :)
  24. When I get my G V I'll can be there in about 12 hrs. Mike :)
