  1. I finally did a search of the forums... I know this is an old thread but I am excited to report (mostly because I couldn't believe it actually worked) that one can indeed access and play using the BBO website interface on an HP Touchpad. I am not sure if that has always been the case and I was mistakenly under the impression one couldn't, or if the more recent updates to the WebOS software made it possible, but it is possible. The cards are almost too small to play by tapping (especially with my porky fingers) but I played 2 hands, chatted, reviewed the previous hands, etc. and didn't find any part of the interface that I couldn't interact with. Needless to say, I am pumped..lol.
  2. I don't know if this is a revelation or anything but I just played 2 hands from an HP Touchpad! Crazy. The cards were dadgum small! Too small really but it worked. Just went to the site via the web browser and logged in as normal. Like I said I am not sure if that is old hat now or not. I thought the tablets were pretty much out for playing on BBO.
  3. This is fantastic and just what I need to be able to play with my completely computer-illiterate Chinese mother-in-law. However, when testing it and loading the "lang=zh-TW" version of the site, once logged-in with my user name, only certain buttons are in Chinese simplified. Much of the page, including most of the button links are still in English. Is that just the way it is or is the entire interface supposed to be in Chinese characters? Have I done something incorrectly? Thanks in advance for any explanation/help.
  4. I understand the reasoning for having the qualifications be very restrictive but it seems ridiculous to me for them not to count robot tourney's. Either one completes them or they don't. Are the powers that be saying that they cannot track who actually completes the robot tourney's then? I have played in well over 50 tourneys (probably 85% bot tourneys) and am positive that I have a 100% completion rate. Heck I have a 100% completion rate for regular play let alone tourney's and yet the TCR listing in my profile is "unknown" and has ALWAYS been unknown when it should absolutely be 100%. They need to come up with a new formula because they are excluding alot of consistent, quality players who might give some of these promotional tourney's a try.
