I would be glad to play against you to get multiple tops. West's hand is absolute perfect to cue clubs, lots of controls tick, vulnerable against not tick, 4 of a major tick, so many clubs that partner must be short tick.
Appalling and absolutely indefensible. When will you ever learn that GIB can't handle reentrant double bids. Its a blank space in its bidding rule programme. It almost amazing it decides to rebid at all since it doesn't at all understand your bids.
I don't play in Japan because one, I don't speak enough Japanese although I could get around that and two, its darned expensive as they play in hotels. It might be impossible now as I work during daytime and look after my wife and home after hours. I played in Western Australia in quite a few clubs.

Sure 4♥ as a somewhat preempt is possible but that might be a cue on the system or still a standard responsive bid but stronger and longer. So use 3♦ as a transfer bid to ♥ and double as a transfer to diamonds perhaps suggesting 4H (especially with against vulnerability or neutral). I've been googling but transfer competitive bidding doesn't turn up much.
Couldn't south have something like ♠xxxxx ♥QJ10xx ♣x ♦x and be a bit conservative thinking I have less than 6 HCP and all the ones I do have are in hearts so I can't respond the first time and partner didn't double reentry so what's the point of mentioning spades at the second round. Now in the third round, I have 3 heart tricks to hopefully take them down.
In the case of declarer revoking with defender on play and then it is apparent on the next trick, why not just rewind the hand to the revoke and correct the revoke? Have a one trick penalty.
Its not the suit quality that screams pass- its the vulnerable against not when partner has passed and opponents opened that screams pass. Opponents would be more inclined to double- nonspecific strength. They might just take their money and run.
RHO has 5 clubs since he can't have more hearts than spades (he preferenced spades) so he is 5233 assuming he thought his partner's heart bid was real so finesse. LHO must have started with 1156. He meant there were 6 clubs.
