After 2NT opening and 3♦ transfer you can bid 4 ♠ as BW because the All other bids are natural.

IMO, You can read a very good chapter about inverted minors in the last book of Rodwell bidding topics.

Bad answer : i thougt the opener was strong / it is weak : my bid is pass.

I think the choice is between 3NT and 4 ♥ I prefer 4♥

With this shape as opener I would bid 2 ♠️ : relay without a good bid, probably a weak opening bid and not 4 cards of ♦️.

I Would know if You have an expérience to play 2Clubs opening Multi instead of 2Diamonds Multi.

Why not 4 spades ??? You havé 6 losing tricks Y think your partner has 8 losing tricks You havé together 14 losing tricks : you CAN try to Play a game, i think.

have you made the choice : - raptor when opening bid is a minor - equal level conversion when opening bid is a major what do you think about this ?

I have seen the name Joelcoby in Bridgewinners, in the comments of the Sparts convention, and the comment said that this convention 2NT was a forcing raise of a major with 3 cards , i think it is more interesting than Jacoby with 4 cards.
