I find the help sections on BBO to be awkward at best. But they are even more aggravating because BBO doesn't have a simple search feature that I can use. Is that so hard to do?

Having a hand exceed allotted time and default to an average score or to TD's evaluation of the outcome can be frustrating. Why don't you have a countdown hand clock for each hand? I may not play any faster, but everyone will at least have a chance to blame me when the hand clock runs out.
