my sister has been complaining that she can't see the box where you would text, after a board has been played. i have suggested using the CTRL key plus hitting the + or - key to zoom in and out. or do we solve this before she even goes into bbo by setting font size smaller? any other ideas? thanks

type in +howell+ in description box and u will get a full howell movement. if u have a half table, u will have a sitout but u go into "substitutes" ( from director tab ) and sub out the sitout for a robot. the number of rounds us 1 less than the number of teams ie. a team will play all the other teams.

is this where u would type in"+allavail+ into the description box?

I am a new director and am wondering if I can set up a straight howell movement where each team plays all the others ( will only be 4 or 5 tables at most). I don't see where i could do this in bbo.( maybe type in +howell+ in the description box?). I just ran a small game for 3.5 tables and i assumed it would be a simple Howell setup, but it wasn't. Also, if there is a half table , can you just insert a robot team right at the start ? After having scoured the forum, am I to understand that I must ASK for permission to run an actual Howell movement? Whom would I contact?

i would like to set up a 2 table game with 4 teams. none of the players are acbl members ( except me) and there doesn't seem to be any reason for them to join acbl ( we r too remote to travel in normal circumstances). most know how to set up a table, so i am going to try having us play 10 hands then log out and reset the tables for another 10 hands etc. The only drawback i see is that we get our scores from how we do against all the other 16 tables who play the hands ( ie i don't think we r really playing against one another but are just being thrown in the larger pool of tables. It looks like I have to try to become a director if i want to set up a tournament where we all just play the same hands. Is this true, or should i just go with the format of play 10 hands, log out and reset tables?

my friend cant see any comments made during a bbo session. i cant see anywhere in bbo where i can zoom in or out to see the section he is refering to. do i go out of bbo and make the screen smaller some other way?
