thank you for responding Diana. When playing in competition eventually realize that I am disconnected. Sometimes soon enough to log off and rejoin, but at times realize too late to rejoin. If an icon existed to show connection status could avoid this. Regards and thanks for your very good work.

is it possible to create an icon which shows that you are connected to the Bridgebase server?

Agree that this is frustrating and aggravating! Suggest software is modified to reduce time allowed by 1/2 after warning already received on same hand; then reduced again by 1/2 after 2nd warning. Each new hand starts with clean slate; know from personal experience of connection problems that you are unaware that you are "not there".

never leave a hand but frequently lose connection during play; am I penalized?
