You might get a time-out error if it takes too long, and will not be able to refresh the small window without leaving BBO. You can try to open it in an new window - there is an appropriate symbol top right next to the closing symbol. The new window ist refreshable without problems.

I often wish for an aggressivity controller for robots, e.g. from 1-9. Then I would turn this down from nine (current position) to four or five.

On my tablet I can open the menu (three vertical dots in the top right corner) and choose "Desktopwebsite". Maybe this is only present in the Android version of crome :(

If paulg is correct you could also try a different browser.

Since the last updates I have difficulties reading BBO mail in the morning hours (central Europe, Greenwich +2). Playing is fine, but mail and profiles load _very_ slowly or not at all. The mail rectangle appears, but without text, and even the symbols (close, delete, open in new window) don't show up, same with the BBO point symbol in profiles. It looks like the routing to that server is still sleeping :) Later in the day everything works as expected.

I'd rather have the photos than audio chat.

On the other hand you can use zoom or something alike and publish the link in the table chat.

I miss the pictures too. With them I feel nearer to my friends.

Today I called a director. Formerly i could see that I had called a director and that a director was at the table. This was not the case now. Is this a bug in the new version? I told the table that the director call hasn't been successful and so insulted a director, who was invisbly at the table.

When you look for a tournament eg. in "Free Tournaments" the starting time is diplayed and updated. In the tournament info page it is static, and so the time is wrong after one minute.

Maybe you have to broaden the right column to see this switch - I've just learned about it by the reply above.

Is there a problem withe the player's pictures? If a player has uploaded a bigger version, you should see this in a larger window if you double-click the picture in the profile. In some cases the process starts but hangs. In other cases the pictures are different. This happens since al least 3 months.

What I dislike most is the more than bad localisation. In the browser version I can add "?lan=en" to the link and have bbo in english - everything OK. In Germany the texts are a wild mixture of english and german (with errors). This is done automatically and I don't know a way to change it. Peter

When I review my hands via "Hands and Results - Recent Tournaments- My Hands" I see the scores of the hands, but the sum at the bottom line with yellow back seems to have no meaning. At least it is not the total score, but always less.

Is this correct? In former times (begin of 2012) the winner of a robot tourney got 0.80 BBO masterpoints. This seems to be reduced to 0.60 - but I saw no notification of this.

My wish is especially for Robot Tournaments, when kibitzing is not allowed.

First wish: I'd like to see the round clock displayed when I have finished. In the moment I only see the table list. Second wish: in robot tourneys I'd like to know how many tables are playing (like in the old software version)

I did this, thy. But how can I remove a player from the category list? I only find possibilties to move someone to a different category... Peter
